GEA Procomac firmly believes that quality, technical expertise and service are the means that lead to accomplishing maximum Customer satisfaction. Moreover, it is also fully aware that respect for the environment is an important aspect that has to be considered in the management of a company. GEA Procomac therefore undertakes to:

  1. apply the GEA Global Business Conduct Policy, which describes the values, principles and modes of action which guide the entrepreneurial conduct of GEA Group. The Global Business Conduct Policy reflects the goal to safeguard compliance with applicable law and regulations (including the internal guidelines) throughout GEA Group and to create a work environment which distinguishes itself by integrity, respect and fair and responsible conduct;
  2. keep an Integrated Management System for Quality Assurance and the Environment orientated towards continuous improvement in a coherent manner within the field of certifications and the pre-established targets;
  3. identify and analyse the Customer‘s present and future needs and expectations: plan and control the work business regularly in order to satisfy at best, the requests of both internal customers and end Customers; each improvement target will be directed towards the requirements of the end Customers, in order to maintain the leadership in Aseptic Filling and to reduce lead time for bottling line’s start up;
  4. develop a corporate strategy aimed at improving the efficiency and the effectiveness of work business and the economic and financial performances; R&D and Service activities are strategic in order to obtain these targets;
  5. define, re-examine and assign staff goals at various company levels; said targets will have to be assessable and, where possible, measurable; define the key criteria to assess work business, to analyse the causes of situations that are not in keeping with the policy of the company, and to verify the effectiveness of adopted measures;
  6. identify the fundamental processes to obtain optimisation of the human resources, of the equipment, of the methods and of the materials using Kaizen methodology;
  7. train and encourage all personnel involved in the running of the company to accomplish their business goals through the “Ideas & Improvement Management”, which consist in a rewarding system of employee’s ideas;
  8. guarantee the observance of the laws concerning products and operations required by legislation, local rules and voluntary environment commitment, through a constant updating of their development, including 231 model;
  9. prevent and reduce the pollution that derives from work activities, by analysing in advance, the environment effects that are caused by new activities and adopting the best technologies available: moreover improve the performances of the present sterilizing systems installed on the plants, reducing the consumption of acids, and develop new blowing and filling technologies with less environmental impact;
  10. spread Quality and Environment Policy inside and outside of the company, to the Customer, to the Suppliers and to all interested parties.
