Sterilising solution production and C.I.P. unit
Uniclean Spin is an automatic, compact plant, composed by the following units:
- Automatic detergent solution preparation unit open loop type, skid mounted, suitable for the washdown of the bottling line machinery. The detergent solution preparation is achieved in steps:
- Water loading: water recirculation between the filler tank and the CIP tank;
- Detergent loading with pneumatic type dosing pump: the detergent solution is loaded gradually and alternatively into the CIP tank during water recirculation;
- Detergent solution heating by means of tube type heat exchanger.
- Solution concentration measurement is carried out by a conductivimeter installed on the CIP return line. A temperature gauge, mounted downstream the heat exchanger enables the verification of the detergent solution actual temperature.
- Diluted peracetic acid solution preparation unit (skid mounted), suitable for the bottles and caps sterilization. The solution is prepared by volumetric dilution in batch mode, followed by solution heating through tube type heat exchanger.
