The beverage market over the last few years is increasingly oriented towards a variety of flavours and eye-catching containers. That is why every solution which simplifies changeover becomes more and more important.
The counterpressure filler Fillstar ADV 3.3 represents the latest innovation within the range of Procomac counterpressure filling systems.
The filling valve, located inside the tank, is fitted with a pneumatic system that controls the opening and the closing of the filling heads, the pressurization valve and the snifting valve. It is therefore possible to optimise the filling cycle for any product/container combination. Fillstar ADV is available in a range of models from 50 to 140 valves for a production speed that from 15,500 to 48,000 bph on the 1 lt bottle with carbonated soft drinks. It is also available in a Proclean version with laminar flows of sterile air.
The product level inside the bottle can be adjusted thanks to a motorized system that modifies the position of all venting tubes. Therefore it is possible to quickly compensate level variations, which even by using the same container; depend on the different carbonation foreseen far the different products. A bottle neck handling system eliminates the changeover downtimes when using bottles with the same neck diameter. Furthermore, the adoption of pneumatic controls and an automatic system far bottle level adjustment allows high filling performances and very fast bottle changeover. The pipelined snift and the fast format changeover make the ADV filler a perfect solution far the bottling of carbonated soft drinks.
