Caps sterilization

  • Rinsing with sterile water.
  • Drying with sterile air.
  • Handling by gravity of sterilised caps up to the capper.

Pre-sterilised caps handling

  • Dedicated system to handle “multi-piece” pre-sterilised caps (sport caps).
  • Gamma-rays irradiated bags of caps are externally sterilised and opened in a controlled environment.
