GEA Procomac staff will be present on GEA Group stand at the next drinktec exhibition (Hall A4 Stand 314) in order to present a guided path INSIDE ASEPTIC passing through different technologies applied to container and cap sterilization.
The 5th generation of GEA Procomac aseptic filling bloc will be on display: the new ECO Spin is the evolution of Unibloc Spin carousel with wet PAA (peracetic acid) sterilization system. Consumption and investment cost optimization are the main topics of the bloc, thanks to a considerable reduction in rinsing time (from 5" to 2") and in footprint.
A GEA Procomac VHP (vaporized hydrogen peroxide) sterilizer for dedicated application will be presented, along with the new Sterilbeam cap’s sterilizer, going beyond the chemical age, which uses dry cold energy-based technology to sterilize caps with very short treatment times (misurable in terms of milliseconds).
The packaging division of GEA Procomac is going to present its layer preparation system POLARIS for medium/high speed productions, with gentle handling of any type of pack, even fragile and unstable.
