Aseptic Blow Filling (ABF) ist ein völlig neuartiges Konzept der aseptischen Abfüllung: wir bieten die weltweit erste rotierende aseptische Blasmaschine mit integriertem aseptischen Füller und Verschließer. Das neue Funktionsprinzip dieser Anlage sieht vor, den Preform bereits am Ausgang des Heizofens mit Wasserstoffperoxid zu sterilisieren, um ihn anschließend mit Sterilluft in einer Sterilumgebung auszuformen. Die Sterilität bleibt während des gesamten Abfüll- und Verschließprozesses erhalten.
