ONE is the solution for filling still or sparkling water and soft drinks, by means of an integrated process of bottle blowing and filling, that is not only safe and clean but just as simple and accessible.

As the name suggests the ONE bloc system is the joining of the Airstar blow moulding machine and a Fillstar LX or Fillstar LXI to form a synchronized bloc. This avoids the need for air conveyors between the two machines thereby significantly reducing the plant’s footprint.

In order to meet said requirement, GEA Procomac launches its brand new blower for the water market: the first traditional stretch blowmoulding machine having hygiene as a design parameter.

The bottles are blown upside-down in order to enclose all the dirty mechanical components that require lubrication, underneath the actual blowing area itself, thus physically creating two separate areas. That signifies a cleaner blowing area as compared to those of a traditional blowing machine. Only electrical components are located on the upper part of the blowing wheel which are however very easy to reach.
