• Mechanically controlled filling valve.
• Valve opening and closing device with three fixed position with wear compensation: positions are precisely held and do not depend from tear and wear.
• Check-valve: non-return valve for air coming from the bottle: no liquid can drop into the bottle after the level has been reached.
• Forced circulation of CIP liquid through a separate channel under the tank:
  • total control over the surfaces to be cleaned - cleaning action and cleaning path is determined and effective;
  • two-step cycle: cleaning of tank, than forced circulation through all the filling head using a separate channel under the tank to achieve perfect C.I.P.;
  • two separate systems for pressure and level control inside the annular product tank.
