- Each nozzle is individually checked.
- Control Software to monitor treatment and warn in case of malfunctioning of a single nozzle.
- Nozzles can be substituted using the intervention gloves, without breaking the sterility of the sterilizing and rinsing environment.
- Backup nozzles are hosted inside the sterilizing and rinsing environments.
- No CIP cycle required after intervention.
