  level repeatability is guaranteed even during line slowing or stops (valve closure can be set after a pre-determined time).

  • no contamination inside the product tank can come from bottle air when filling still water;
  • continuous flushing of sterile air inside the product tank using counterpressure valve: highest level of hygiene.
• Automatic venting tube adjustment system for fast changeover:
  this system is very useful when a wide range of different CSD with different CO2 content are produced. By adjusting the venting tube is is possible to compensate PET bottle deformations due to different filling pressure.
