Considering the fast growth of the market for mineral water in most countries worldwide, Asia Brewery has chosen Procomac to empower its production capability with a new rising/filling/capping bloc. The HAL series bloc features a compact modular structure that can accommodate several models of rinsers and fillers. In this case, it is based on a 36-gripper Gripstar rinser and a 36-valve HAL SF gravity filler complemented by an Arol capper. 0.35 lt and 0.5 lt bottles are treated on the line with a production speed of 12,000 bottles per hour.
