Synchro integrated blow-fill technology has been chosen for e new entrepreneurial project in the field of bottling in Spain. Aguas Minerales de Sierra Nevada is a Company established in 2004 to fill and sell mineral water in PET bottles. The first step is the building of a production facility in an area of 20,000 square meters in Dúrcal, near Granada. The heart of the first filling line installed is a Synchro system composed by a Sipa SFR16 rotary blow-moulder electronically coupled with a Procomac Fillstar SF PET2 80 gravity filler and an Arol capper. The line production speed is 22,400 bottles/hour on 1.5, 0.5, 0.33 l. PET bottles. This new project accounts for the twelfth Synchro installation in Spain in the last five years.
