The UNIMIX C 40 is completely made of AISI 316 stainless steel and fully equipped with product cooling system, process parameters recording on 4 separate channels and combined Brix and Co2 analyser. the adoption of massic flow meters on syrup inlet pipeline, magnetic flow meters on water inlet pipeline and an advanced operating software, Unimix C can offer a very high performance level and keep it over time.
