Manantial de Santa Maria, a production company within Nestlé Waters based in Tlahuapan, Mexico, having signed a distribution deal with Cerveceria Modelo is now able to reach all Mexican consumers with its well known spring water. After perfecting this important deal it became imperative to increase their production capability. Nestlé has then signed a contract with Procomac to supply a new rinsing, filling, capping bloc. They chose a HAL SF PET model equipped with a Gripstar rinser with 36 grippers and a Procomac Fillstar SF PET 42 gravity filler. The entire filling environment is in overpressure of sterile filtered air with dynamic air pressurisers and HEPA filters. All components that are in contact with the product are made in AISI 316 stainless steel as a further guarantee of hygiene. Production speed is over 12,000 bph on 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 l. bottles.
