Fully automatic CIP unit with multiple outfeed lines

  • automatic dosing, monitoring of concentration, temperature and flow rate;
  • heating by tubular heat exchanger;
  • reduction of space: 2, 3, 4 separate outfeed lines on the same unit with one set of tanks;
  • rinsing water recovery tank: reduction of water consumption;
  • recycling tank for closed-loop CIP with peracetic solution or hot CIP (up to 85°C).
