in the mineral water sector
Asia Brewery, Inc. was established in
1982 from the vision of Lucio Tan: being able to offer high quality products at
affordable prices to consumers in Philippines. The key to the fast growth of
Asia Brewery in the Philippines and nearby countries was the commitment to
quality and the introduction of innovative products, not only in the beer
market but also in the mineral water and carbonated soft drinks market. The
outstanding range of products by Asia Brewery includes "Beer Pale Pilsen" beer
that is well known under the nickname of "Beer na Beer", "Summit" mineral
water, "Absolute" table water, Pacific Sun ice tea, "Agua Vida" micro filtered
water.
Considering the fast growth of the market for mineral water in most
countries worldwide, Asia Brewery has chosen Procomac to empower its production
capability with a new rising/filling/capping bloc. The HAL series bloc features
a compact modular structure that can accommodate several models of rinsers and
fillers. In this case, it is based on a 36-gripper Gripstar rinser and a
36-valve HAL SF gravity filler complemented by an Arol capper. 0.35 lt and 0.5
lt bottles are treated on the line with a production speed of 12,000 bottles
per hour.
