Rämlosa is a Swedish water which has been well known since
the beginning of the eighteenth century for its healing qualities.
It
springs forth near the city Halesobrunn, after a 70 years filtration through 20
layers of sandstone, clay, coal and sand, which account for its peculiar
mineral contents.
Such a noble water - by the way, it is the water served to
Nobel Prize winners during the official Nobel prize banquet needs an adequate
bottling technology to keep to maintain its high quality.
This is why
Ramlosa has chosen the SYNCHRO integrated blow-fill technology by Procomac and
Sipa.
The Synchro bloc includes a SFR8 Rotary Sipa blow Moulder coupled with
a Procomac Fillstar ADV 3.3 counterpressure filler with full pneumatic
controls.
Besides the world-famous water, both in still and carbonated
version, new carbonated soft drinks will be filled on the line.
The
production speed is 14,400 bottles/hour on 0.5 PET bottles.
